Tom White, President
Mr. White is responsible for the daily management and is the director of operations for ClubSource. He serves as the principal in charge of all programs relating to the design and implementation of Membership Development and Operational Improvement Programs. With twenty-eight years of experience in the club and hospitality industry, Mr. White has extensive experience serving management roles for exclusive private clubs, such as The Landings Club, the largest private club in the United States. He has been a member of the Club Managers Association of America since 1990. His consulting experience over the past five years has been working with CEO's, Boards of Directors and Principals for project development in the area of renovation, master planning, membership programming and new facility development. Mr. White has presented to local CMAA chapters on the subject of Operations Improvement Programs, Amenity Development and Master Planning.
